Awesome company! They helped me with a situation where there was an old mortgage from 2007. Because of that I did not have clear title to the property . They worked with the bank and got a satisfaction of mortgage at no cost. Then I was able to make the sale. I highly recommend this honest and knowledgeable company!

Our tenants left it a MESS! Lightning Capital looked at the place, wanted to buy the place, and told me, ‘You can stop working…WE WILL DO EVERYTHING.’ It was quick and totally PAINLESS!
